Within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out to us via email for your Return Authorization Number (RAN). When packaging the return shipment, ensure to include the RAN code beneath your name and address.
We kindly request that you return your items to us in their original state, with all packaging and gemstone certificates included, if applicable. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from writing "gemstones" or "jewelry" on the parcel.
